Really Useful Brokers were formed by Carl Bradshaw, from requests from his existing client bank for assistance in arranging commercial banking, finance, invoice factoring and 2nd charge secured homeowner loans. As these clients where unsatisfied with the service levels provided by the traditional banks and high street lenders. Since then the business has developed into referrals for financial advice/ debt management,corporate rescue and most recently financial claims in connection with the miss-selling of loans and mortgages following the changes to the conusmer credit act in 2006.
