Really Useful Brokers were formed by Carl Bradshaw, from requests from his existing client bank for assistance in arranging commercial banking, finance, invoice factoring. As these clients where unsatisfied with the service levels provided by the traditional banks and high street lenders. Since then the business has developed into referrals for financial advice/ debt management, and corporate rescue.
